EULA version 2026.2 · Proprietary single-device commercial licence
1. Licence
Nabin Thapaliya grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Realize AI Render (“the Software”) on one computer that the licence key is activated on. Licences permit commercial use of renders. A 2-PC licence is two separate keys, one per computer.
2. Term
Lifetime licences do not expire.
3. Restrictions
- Do not share, resell or publish your licence key or the Software.
- Do not decrypt, reverse engineer, modify or bypass the licence check, except where the law expressly allows it.
4. Activation and online checks
The Software binds to your computer using a hashed device identifier and periodically checks its licence status and required version online. It keeps a signed offline lease of up to 48 hours. See the privacy policy.
5. Third-party models and services
The render engines download third-party AI models that are provided under their own licences. You are responsible for the content you generate.
6. Updates and features
We may require an update to continue using the Software, and may adjust features to keep it secure and working.
7. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided “as is”. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the Software or refunding the price you paid.
8. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
